- Account details such as email address and plan when you subscribe.
- Billing data handled by our payment provider — we receive confirmation and the last four card digits, never the full card number.
- Basic usage and device data to run and secure the service.
AI processing
How we use data
- To generate and return your maintenance records and checklists.
- To provide accounts, subscriptions, credits, and support.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that run the service — hosting, the AI generation provider, and the payment provider — under contract, and with authorities where legally required.
Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your workspace content.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict your data (including under the UK GDPR and, for California residents, the CCPA). Email support@jdgeeringph.shopto make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
