Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply. It covers a digital subscription service billed in USD.

Cancelling

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from Account, or by emailing support@jdgeeringph.shop.
  • Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Your plan and any remaining credits stay available until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

  • Because this is a digital service delivered immediately, subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once the period has started.
  • Credits already used are not refundable. Unused credits are not separately refundable but remain available until the period ends.
  • If you were charged in error, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or experienced a billing fault that prevented you from using the service, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and correct valid cases, including a refund where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

How to request

Email support@jdgeeringph.shop from your account address with the charge date and amount (in USD). We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve valid requests promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
