Terms of Service

1. The service

Jdgeeringph is an online-only digital subscription (SaaS) that turns your notes into household maintenance record drafts, question lists, and checklists. It provides no physical goods, shipping, on-site visits, repair, installation, diagnosis, inspection, or certification.

2. Drafts, not advice

All output is an automatically generated draft. It is not repair, safety, engineering, legal, financial, or medical advice, and not a substitute for a licensed professional. You are responsible for reviewing every output for accuracy, rights, and compliance before relying on or sharing it. See the AI Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy, which form part of these terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information.

4. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

• Plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in USD and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that is consumed as you generate outputs; credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
• You can cancel anytime from Account. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply from the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

You must use the workspace lawfully and only as described in the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach it.

6. Intellectual property

You keep the notes you enter. Subject to these terms, you may use the outputs for your own maintenance record-keeping. The workspace, brand, and software remain ours.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on a draft that was not verified with a licensed professional.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
