The plumbing always got finished. The taps ran, the shower worked, the tiling looked sharp. And then the customer would stand in their brand-new bathroom holding a bottle of shampoo and ask: where does this go?

There was never anywhere to put anything. So we started recommending storage — and were never quite happy with what was out there. It rusted in the steam, it fell off the tiles, or it looked like an afterthought.
