Returns policy
Changed your mind? Here's how returns work, and what you need to know before you send something back.
Our 14-day window
You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. This is in addition to any statutory rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Items that can't be returned once opened
For reasons of hygiene, items intended for close personal use (such as toilet brush caddies) cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty.
Wall-mounted and adhesive items that have been installed cannot be returned as new once fitted, unless faulty — see safe-use notes below.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including any return shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to start a return
- Email support@jdgeeringph.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We'll reply with a return authorisation and the return address.
- Send the item back in its original packaging. For non-faulty returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Safe-use note
Proper installation is the responsibility of the installer. Verify your wall type and use appropriate fixings. For load-bearing or wet-area installations, professional installation is recommended. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, overloading, or use of unsuitable fixings.
Adhesive mounts are designed for smooth, dry, clean tile or glass. They are not suitable for painted walls, wallpaper, textured, dusty or damp surfaces. Removal may leave residue or marks.
