What currency are your prices in?+
All prices and shipping charges are in US Dollars (USD). You'll see the exact total in USD before you pay.
Do you ship to my country?+
We ship worldwide from the UK. Select your country at checkout. If it isn't listed, contact us and we'll try to arrange delivery.
Will I pay customs or import duties?+
Possibly. International orders may incur import duties or taxes charged by your local authorities on delivery. These aren't included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility.
Are your products rustproof?+
Our steel pieces use rustproof powder-coated or stainless finishes built for humid bathrooms. Rustproof finishes resist corrosion but aren't a guarantee against permanent submersion — wipe dry periodically for best longevity.
Do the adhesive mounts damage walls or tiles?+
Adhesive mounts are designed for smooth, dry, clean tile or glass. They aren't suitable for painted walls, wallpaper, or textured/damp surfaces, and removal may leave residue. Many products also include screw fixings as an alternative.
How much weight can your shelves hold?+
Each product page lists its load rating. Ratings are measured on solid masonry walls with the correct fixings; actual capacity depends on your wall type and installation quality.
Do you sell boilers, gas appliances or plumbing parts?+
No. Jdgeeringph sells bathroom storage and organisers only. We don't sell gas appliances, boilers, pressurised parts or electric heating elements.
What's your returns policy?+
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Some hygiene and installed items can't be returned once opened or fitted unless faulty. See our Returns and Refund policies for full details.
